Proficient Training is a Training Partner with the Canadian Red Cross, and we are designated as an Instructor Development Centre. We offer a selection of both Water Safety and First Aid programs:

First Aid:

• Emergency First Aid (EFA)
• Standard First Aid (SFA)
• CPR-C and CPR-HCP and Recertification
• Marine First Aid
• Babysitter Facilitator

Water Safety and Swimming:

• Swim Kids
• Adult Swim
• Specialized Instruction

We also offer programs of the Lifesaving Society of Canada and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
