Why not become a Lifesaving Society First Aid Instructor?

There are 2 pathways to do this.
* Take full Lifesaving First Aid Instructor course (about 25 hours); or,
* If you are already a Lifesaving Instructor, take the Bridge course (about 8 hours).

First aid is a valuable life skill. It provides people with the skills to manage illness or injuries while accessing emergency services. The First Aid training programs include an injury prevention component as research has shown that individuals with first aid training are 80% less likely to become injured in their workplace. Why not be part of making society safer?

Once you have successfully completed your Lifesaving Society First Aid Instructor course (LS FAI), you will be able to teach Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid, and CPR Levels A, B and C. These courses meet the requirements of Manitoba’s Workplace Health and Safety requirements, CSA Z1210-17, and the Manitoba Public Health Act.
